There was a great deal of preparation for the day.

 We started with a short worship time

Mayor Paul Pisasle was there, with Marion and Pastor Geoff

There were many, many sausages to cook 

And then to be served  (all for free!)

The wood turner gave away little spinning tops to every child  :)

And the clowns gave away a bunch of endless smiles (and balloons)

 The Scottish Pipers thrilled the crowd

Faces were painted (and that's not all!)

The big slide was heaps of fun

And so were the races

There were things to throw

And other things to throw 

Balls to bowl

And bubbles to blow.

There was lots, lots more, and there will be even more next year - what a marvellous day.
